These Terms & Conditions apply to the Arrow Escape Puzzle mobile application (the "App") for Android devices, created and published by Infinity Tech as a free mobile game.
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or redistribute the App.
Use the App lawfully and responsibly. Do not exploit bugs, interfere with services, or attempt unauthorized access.
The App may save player name, settings, achievements, unlocked levels, and game progress locally and synchronize them through cloud services. We cannot guarantee recovery of progress in every circumstance.
The App displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements.
The App uses Google Play Services, Google AdMob, Firebase Realtime Database, and Firebase Crashlytics.
All game content, graphics, artwork, logos, sounds, software, and related materials are owned by Infinity Tech or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws.
The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Infinity Tech shall not be liable for damages arising from the use of or inability to use the App, including loss of game progress or data.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted to the App. Your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
